摘要說明

This report is the eighth analysis regarding "Taiwan and Asia Pacific Sustainability Reports  Analysis" prepared by CSRone since 2013. With the valuable resources and talents from NCCU Sinyi School, that joined our research team in 2016, the quality of our Report has been continuously improved and refined. Each year, the research team collects all corporate sustainable development reports, corporate social responsibility reports, or environment safety reports (collectively referred hereby as "sustainability reports") published in Taiwan, and establish the analysis indicators according to the trends of global sustainable development and organize into the database accordingly. Furthermore, the team will publish the latest analysis data in March for experts in the industry, government, and academic sectors in Taiwan to reference.

As of the end of December 2019, CSRone has collected more than 3,600 sustainability reports in total. In addition to the majority of those published by Taiwanese companies, the scope also extends to include sustainability reports of organizations like government institutions, schools, hospitals, and non-profit organizations; furthermore, we also included the largest 10 public companies by market value in 10 selected Asia Pacific countries. CSRone is the leading sustainability consulting and knowledge management platform in the Mandarin-speaking world. We have built the most comprehensive database for sustainability reports for stakeholders to take a full view of how companies are implementing sustainable development practices in Taiwan.

This report has received generous support from our partners in Taiwan since 2016, which includes NCCU Sinyi School, PricewaterhouseCoopers Sustainability Services Company Ltd., and the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE). With the joint effort of these four parties, this research has served as the leading guide to gain an in-depth understanding of sustainable development in Taiwan.
