Facing overloading information, corporations are busy with carbon footprint verification, new disclosure frameworks, and improving their ratings. However, the key is to substantially enhance ESG strategies and operational transformations through disclosure and engagement, viewing them as solutions rather than pressures. With insights shared by major domestic and international standard-setting organizations, a practical guide to the true essence and implementation of disclosure and engagement will be provided. This includes how IFRS/ISSB establishes global economic resilience and regional influence in Asia Pacific through global standards.

2. Evolving Solutions on Sustainability Transformation – Speeches & Panel 2

Sustainability development is changing industries and creating growth. Corporates are taking self-reflective actions based on international frameworks and standards to adjust their operations and enhance management effectiveness. With speakers from GRI and ERM Taiwan sharing GRI, CSRD, and CSDDD knowledge, this panel will focus on the institution of international frameworks and the influences and challenges Taiwan corporates will be facing. Leading Taiwan corporates will also speak about their transition experiences due to the disclosure frameworks.

3. Nature-based Solutions and TNFD: New Strategies or Ultimate Solutions? – Speeches & Panel 3

Natural risks are financial risks for businesses. The TNFD framework announcement signifies that every natural impact caused by a business operation will be exposed. In light of this, whether nature-based solutions can be seen as a new dawn is worth contemplating. With insights from domestic and international sustainability regulators and leaders, the TNFD framework, strategies, and best practices for positive natural disclosure will be explained.
